This is being dealt with over email so closing it here.
Hi Natty,
What version do you have installed? Unfortunately I am not allowed to provide Pro plugin support here so could you please continue this by emailing me at support [at] responsive [dot] menu.
All the best
Hi Natty,
Have you gone through the documentation on our site as every option is covered there?
If so which part are you struggling with specifically. I don’t know about the Sydney theme in particular, do you want to show the hamburger menu at all screen sizes?
If so you just need to enter a breakpoint value such as 50000 then find the CSS selector of the Sydney menu you want to hide and enter this in the “CSS of Menu to Hide” option.
Hope that helps, if you are still stuck let me know!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Swipe to open/close the MenuHey Antonio,
Unfortunately it’s not currently available and don’t have a timescale for implementation.
I did play around with it a few times but the user experience wasn’t very good.
For example, swiping to open doesn’t seem like a practical idea as if there are any other sliding elements on a page (slideshows etc.) then these will no longer function.
The same works in reverse and Ive found that just having a click to close option is sufficient.
If I can find a solid solution that doesn’t destroy usability I will surely implement it but so far it hasn’t been successful.

Hi Anna,
That looks like it should work – can you send me an export of your settings so I can see if there is anything obviously wrong?

Hi anna,
What option do you have in the “CSS of Menu to Hide” option now?
P.s – It doesnt look as though you have hit Update Options since the update and cleared your wordpress caches, can you confirm if you have done this?

Hey shnoogs,
Thanks alot for the kind words. I don’t think I have included an option to add a link to the title image but I can surely add an option for a future release for you.
For now you could achieve this using javascript although its obviously not ideal.
The pro version has a disable background scrolling and page overlay options if you wanted those you would need to purchase the pro Im afraid.
Hope that helps!
Hey Matthias,
Thanks for letting me know you solved it

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Curved Menu BarsHi Matthias,
You should be able to simply overwrite this in your theme or custom css file, an example is given below:
.responsive-menu-inner, .responsive-menu-inner::before, .responsive-menu-inner::after { border-radius: 0; }Let me know if it works!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu not showing on iPadHi there,
I would strongly advise you to read our documentation as all of this is explained in there along with how to find the CSS of the menu to hide etc.
I have taken the time to cover every option and offer advice so there is nothing you cant find in there.
To speed you along, simply add the following to the “CSS of Menu to Hide” option under Initial Setup:
#access
Please take the time to go through the different options and get familiar with them along with the documentation as it will save you time in future if I am unable to get to the forums for an extended period for whatever reason.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu not showing on iPadHi there,
I can see it fine on mine and all other devices Ive tried.
Have you made sure to clear all your browser caches on the iPad etc?
Also what if you set it to something like 80000? You dont need to be precise with the number while testing.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu not showing on iPadHi there,
iPads can go up above 1520 depending on screen resolutions and orientation so I would start at that value and adjust accordingly. Useful page with sizings below:

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu not showing on iPadHi there,
It sounds like you haven’t increased the default breakpoint value above 800. An iPad resolution is higher than 800 so you will need to adjust accordingly.

Hey Paul,
I would love to help, but unfortunately you didn’t leave me a URL so I can’t take a look at your particular problem.
There are no known bugs with Firefox or Edge, you can check the plugin working at https://responsive.menu correctly so it is probably a theme or plugin specific issue.
If you provide the URL where you are seeing the issue and any steps to replicate it I’ll be happy to take a look and see if I can see anything obvious.
