Hi there,
It sounds like you haven’t increased the default breakpoint value above 800. An iPad resolution is higher than 800 so you will need to adjust accordingly.

Hi there,
iPads can go up above 1520 depending on screen resolutions and orientation so I would start at that value and adjust accordingly. Useful page with sizings below:

I just adjusted to 1520 and it’s still not showing on the iPad
Hi there,
I can see it fine on mine and all other devices Ive tried.
Have you made sure to clear all your browser caches on the iPad etc?
Also what if you set it to something like 80000? You dont need to be precise with the number while testing.
All the best
Yes I see it now, but I thought it would replace the current menu?
My current menu is still showing. The problem with my current menu is it is wrapping and overlaying onto other elements, looking awful on mobile.
I see the black box for the responsive menu, but rather than replacing the current menu, now I have two menus on mobile view. This is not the solution I was looking for. I’d like the desktop menu to disappear on mobile and have only the responsive menu show.
Hi there,
I would strongly advise you to read our documentation as all of this is explained in there along with how to find the CSS of the menu to hide etc.
I have taken the time to cover every option and offer advice so there is nothing you cant find in there.
To speed you along, simply add the following to the “CSS of Menu to Hide” option under Initial Setup:
#access
Please take the time to go through the different options and get familiar with them along with the documentation as it will save you time in future if I am unable to get to the forums for an extended period for whatever reason.
All the best
