It would be better the date at beginning of the file represents the date when the archive is created.

I had tested it now and this is the result:

I have the same problem on my local machine. Extracting files are super slow.
Now i change the unzip method to shell unzip and now it is fast as normal.

I have now updated from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and then reset the options and it works.
