Yes, that’s possible by using this plugin: Conditional Checkout Fields for WooCommerce. You will be able to add any field based on the user role the customer has 🙂

$0.3000and not$0.30.If you want to always get
$0.3you can lower the Number of decimals to one.Meanwhile, I am not very familiar with

Looking at your site’s System Status Report I can see that the plugin is up to date and there are no major issues however, you do have a lot of template overrides.
Can you please create a staging site and switch to a default theme like Storefront to check whether the button displays correctly there?

That’s probably because that site is connected to your WordPress.com account thus using the card you have saved on https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/payment-methods.
To disconnect that blog from your account please go ahead and disconnect Jetpack from the site (so that your friend can use their own WordPress.com account to connect)
Use the opposite for the sites you want to be listed, install Jetpack, and connect them to your account 🙂

Based on the screenshots provided I can see that you are using a shipping method called
TML standard shipping. Can you please head to WooCommerce > Shipping Zones > Standard Shipping (the name of your zone) and add a Free Shipping option?Once you have done that please make sure that Apply minimum order rule before coupon discount is selected as shown on the screenshot here: https://d.pr/K1ZhoP
