Otherwise, can you share with us your site’s System Status Report as well as steps to reproduce this?
You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button, then paste it here.

If you are still facing the issue please remove that CSS and perform a full conflict test.
The best way to do that is by following these instructions:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Meanwhile, if you are happy with the CSS approach please ignore these steps 🙂

Additionally, can you please switch your site’s theme to Storefront (available for free here: https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and deactivate all the plugins. Once you have done that please start by enabling WooCommerce first and monitor the situation 🙂

The default behavior is that the files become available as soon as the customer completes checkout, additionally, they receive an email with the link to download the product. If you’d like to start the downloads immediately that would require further customizations.
I’m asking because I’m not able to understand what’s the meaning of “force download” voice in Woocommerce setting.
Force Download in WooCommerce means that the downloads are forced using PHP to ensure that they are protected from direct linking.

We can’t give a suggestion on that! WooCommerce will calculate taxes either way however, I’d suggest consulting a tax professional about that as it may have legal implications and it will highly depend on that.

Thank you for the additional details! To change the way these messages look you’d have to either use CSS or use something like a site builder.
In case you are already using a site builder please reach out to either your theme developers or the developers of the builder otherwise, please check out Storefront Powerpack (available here: https://woocommerce.com/document/storefront-powerpack/) .
Please note that it will require the Storefront theme to work 🙂
