Product filter by attribute do not work

    Hello,

    Every time when i try to filter my products by attribute i get the following message: “No products were found matching your selection.” , you can see and check the issue on the following page https://new6.yoursitebg.com/shop/ .

    Can someone help me?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that when filtering products by attribute, you receive the following message: “No products were found matching your selection.”

    I have gone to your site and am able to replicate the issue, as the message display regardless of my criteria selection for items that have those attributes, as seen in the screenshot below:

    As a first step, please could you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and do the following to see if it makes any difference:
    – Clear WooCommerce transients
    
– Clear expired transients

    – Recount terms

    – Regenerate Product lookup tables

    If that makes no difference, I would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts. The best way to determine this is to:

    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    If the issue is still present after performing the conflict test, please could you share a copy of the following:

    1. System Status: navigate to WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

    I tried everything mentioned above, but unfortunately without success.

    The needed logs are below, i couldn’t find fatal error logs.

    If needed i also can prove admin access to the WordPress?

    However, I noticed that you still have some active plugins. Often this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin; could you confirm that you did a complete conflict test.

    Having similar issues.
    Install Classic Widgets https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ as a temporary solution and activate the filters from the Widgets menu.
    The thing is that in Woo 6.5.1 the filters work..

    Could you go back to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and try regenerating the product attributes lookup table to see if that helps?

    Can you confirm the attributes actually show the correct product count in Products > Attributes > [Attribute name]?

    We recommend using https://snipboard.io to share a screenshot of that page – please follow the instructions, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.

    Hello,

    Thank you for sending over the screenshot.
    Hmm…I don’t see anything that could be causing your issue…except that your site still seems to be using the Kedance theme, yet your system status indicates that the Storefront theme is in use.

    At this point, creating a staging/clone site may be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that functionality, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

    You can then have only WooCommerce and the Storefront theme active, and double-check if the issue persists.

    Yesterday I tried with Storefront theme also and the result was the same.

    Hey @foradsbg

    Do you have any custom code added to your site? Could you try disabling them or moving them to the code snippet plugin for the purpose of testing any conflicts?
