Can you please also share your site’ System Status Report?
You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button, then paste it here.I tried to replicate the issue on my local test site and as you can see from the screenshot I am able to run both of the latest versions of the plugins together: https://d.pr/37UES7

Thank you for your feedback! We always try to improve our products and in this case our developers are working towards enabling Gutenberg for WooCommerce Products however we still do not have an exact time on when will that be available.
In the meantime, I can share with you this code snippet: https://gist.github.com/gmmedia/b895225d3eefb42bdfc573836b776b86 that will enable Gutenberg for products!
Please use it at your own risk, and make sure that you have a full backup of your site before adding it.

I understand that when your client tries to manually add an order from Orders > Add New Order they can no longer use the arrow keys to navigate the Country/Region drop-down?
Is that correct? Please feel free to correct me in case I have misunderstood the issue and we will happily take another look 🙂
I have just tested what is described above on one of my testing sites and I do not need any click apart from the first one! I can continuously use the Tab key and either use the arrow keys or directly start typing to select the country.

Can you please install a mail logging plugin on your site? Something like WP Mail Logging should work!
Once you have done that, please go ahead and place a test order and check whether the emails are being logged!
If nothing appears on logs, please share with us a couple of screenshots from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Leave a review for one of your products, approve it and see if it disappears.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

By default, when an order is in “On hold” status, the stock gets reduced. This is to allow time for the customer to pay for the order. If the customer fails to pay for the order, then the order would go to the “Failed” status and the stock would be released.
There isn’t a setting to prevent the stock from being reduced when the order is “On hold”. You can, however, reduce the time the stock is added back to the inventory by reducing the “Hold Stock” time. I recommend checking this guide for further insight on the Hold Stock setting: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#inventory-options

I understand that you are importing your products to the site. Are you using a CSV file for that?
If so, you can change the backorder availability by changing the Backorders allowed? column.
