Can you please head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and check whether there are any payment gateways enabled there?
In case there are however, you are still getting the error on the frontend please share with us your site’s System Stats Report.
You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button, then paste it here.
Please feel free to redact any information from your System Status Report that you think should not be shared publicly. 🙂

I have deleted Tablpress and all caches deleted too. The star ratings are working fine if I use another theme. But since I am new, I want to try this storefront temporary and see the results before I star to opt a premium services.
Can you please further clarify the issue here? Does the star color not change when you activate Storefront? I tested your code on my site (with Storefront active) and it appears to be working correctly!

Two questions 1) how do I get rid of the second grid, and 2) how do I control the font size individually?
Can you please revert to Storefront and check whether the issues are still present? In case they are please share with us screenshots of the issue you are facing.

Can you please reach out to your host and ask them to further investigate the issue?
An execution time of 120 seconds should be enough for your site to not run into trouble however, you can ask them to increase it to 300 and see if that causes any issues.
As per WooCommerce Admin being automatically disabled, that is expected as since version 6.5 of WooCommerce it has been included with WooCommerce.

Can you please share with us your site’s URL?
As far as WooCommerce goes there is no side cart by default and my guess is that the cart you are describing is being added by Elementor.
If that is the case I can suggest reaching out to them as they are the best source of support in this case.

Thank you for the clarification. By default there is no way to change that, however there are free plugins as well as some SEO plugins that can help with that.
Note: We suggest against it as you will make it harder for WordPress to detect what page you are trying to reach when you type in a product category URL.

I understand that you would like your store location (trikes in this case) to be added/monitored automatically. Is that correct?
From what I can see this is not a built-in functionality of the extension and neither was I able to find another plugin that might do this.
However, please feel free to try Store Finder for WooCommerce and if it does not meet all your requirements we will happily refund within 30 days of purchase 🙂
