Order Woocommerce Order Cancellation

    Hi, Woocommerce Support Team,
    I am using Uafrica plugin for shipping in woocommerce

    When I fulfilled the order on uAfrica, the original status was on hold, and on fulfillment, it said canceled. So according to uAfrica, Woocommerce gave notification of a canceled status yet I never canceled the order. In fact, was delivered.

    However, Woocommerce sends a notification of cancellation. Please could you tell me why Woocommerce is canceling the order automatically?

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of the order notes for this particular order? Also, does it happen with all the orders or is it specific to just this one?

    Hello,

    That’s odd, we’d like to take a better look. Could you please provide the following:

    – Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 

    – Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    Hello,

    Thank you for the info.

    ### Database ###
    WC Database Version: 6.3.1

    When checking the report, you will want to update your database from WooCommerce > status > tools > update database. And then do a click under Verify database.

    Then you can run a conflict test to check if the theme or another plugin is affecting the site, temporarily switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Africa, create a test order.

    I want to inform you one thing when I updated the database and verified the database then Woocommerce now not doing cancellations. but now Woocommerce automatically marks the order as completed.

    Also, when you integrated the uAfrica API, have you granted them access to read/write?

    You can double-check it by navigating through WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API
