Yes, all plugins are updated. Just activated Yoast to try it again and page is still blank

I was having the same issue and figured out I had to go to
https://wordpress.com/settings/manage-connection
and select site and go to
Data Synchonization and initiate a sync manually

I deactivated ALL plugins and it works – if I deactivate any other plugin – it does NOT work – i can understand if just one plugin were a conflict but this one won’t work unless I deactivate ALL of my other plugins – not an option.

I ran blogger and imported 3,000 posts and it only took about 4 hours
But they give a 404 error – so is that not a problem?
Seems to be conflicting with another plugin. Working now.
The hosting company checked the ERROR log and discovered it is caused by the Simmer Recipe Plugin.

Thanks. I tried it on my site – gritsdesign.com and got the same thing.
Deactivated wp recipe maker plugin and it works fine.
Dark screen does not show until I click on Spoon & Fork icon. I am using Chrome browser.
When I roll wordpress back to 4.8.3 it works fine. When I uprade to 4.9, then the dark overlay appears when I try to edit a zip recipe.
That is the only way I know how to EDIT is to click fork and spoon. Not really sure what you are asking. I had to roll it back to wordpress 4.8.3 just to be able to EDIT recipes.
