YOu either need to modify the theme or you can update your sticky post’s date of publishing to be recent.

If that doesn’t help, check your .htaccess file to see if it allows loggin in only from a particular IP.

If you have a plugin for it, please make sure it is compatible / updated. you can also try another shortcode plugin to create columns.

Please disable all plugins and see if the issue persists. If not, some of your plugins may not be compatible with the theme. Enable them one by one to find the problematic plugin.
Please also make sure you have enough space in your web host.
If nothing works, you wil have to find some professional help in updating your theme to follow latest WordPress standards.

for converting existing posts to this new post type.
If you want to display these, you will have to create new templates in theme.

If it does, I am afraid you might have accidentally deleted all categories or the installation could have been corrupted.
You can try reinstalling WP through the updates page in dashboard or try restoring from a backup if you have any.
