Check the value for Blog pages show at most.
Please also what is your current user role (admin / subscriber etc.,) and if you have set number of posts to be shown for that user role somewhere.

is not displaying CSS.
If you have a backup of the theme file, you can restore it. Or, if you have not modified the theme in any way, you can install a fresh copy of the theme.

If you have cPanel access, you can backup your contents and database assuming everything isn’t wiped out.
If it is entirely gone or corrupted, you can contact your webhost to see if they have a backup stored.

Why don’t you migrate the files to the new domain?
Having WordPress files in a sub directory is not an issue. But, if your root directory is free, you can have it as your site URL for better SEO and usability.

You can try reinstalling WordPress from the updates page in Dashboard.
If that doesn’t help, try disabling plugins one by one and see if the issue persists.

In reply to: Sticky post not sticky enoughDifference in alignment of buttons is not an issue. It has been designed like that which shows what you see at the top and what you see in the bottom are two different sections.
