actually it will ask u which blog to import of the process goes well. this worked for me 2 days before and just before setting up the authors, i restarted and got stuck in this signing in problem. its surprising even wimporting into wordpress.;com has this problem

find the following lines in wp-config.php
define(’DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
define(’DB_COLLATE’, ”);and change them to
//define(’DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
//define(’DB_COLLATE’, ”);then everything works 🙂
