Actually, while you are using the woocommerce pricing plan extension, you are unable to set the expiration date manually. I can certainly understand that you are using both woocommerce subscription and woocommerce pricing plan and in that case, the expiration date will be set from the subscription. Therefore, you are not supposed to have the option to change the expiration date manually.
To set proper expiration for a subscription that auto-renews as per the subscription configuration, you have to set the subscription first and then you have to connect it to the pricing plan. There are a few things needed to check on your site before coming to a conclusion about the solution. Would you please share the username or email using which you have created the ticket? I am unable to find any ticket under this username. We will investigate the support response and make sure you are getting responses in a timely manner and get all the issues resolved.
