We couldn’t find exact issue while looking in to the screenshots. We would like to request to you to grant a admin privileged user access to your staging site. If we got the access we can investigate further inside the site itself to know what is causing issue.
I have tested in my environment and it was working fine. Before giving credentials to us, please check your debug logs to verify any kind of errors are present or not.

Can you please send the screenshot of the server files that are still exist on your server. Send a Url to one of the media in same folder.
In case of count displayed on dashboard, Can you try pressing refresh button it will re-calculate the count.

Normally, It will not happen please check your directory permission as well. Check delete permission is enabled for WordPress.
Our plugin only sync the files inside Media Library. No third party folders will sync until it has compatibilities.
Try uploading a single image file after enabling remove from server option and check the files in your hosting server and cloud. If it is removed from server the feature is working fine.
In your case you said you removed database references of media, That you should not do, even after removing server files database needed to map the correct media then only we can serve the data from CDN.
The media should visually appear in your media library
Can you please send the following screenshots (Full Page, Do not crop the screen)
- Configured settings page
- Media Library
- Pending files that are inside your server

We have implemented a fix from our side. That is fixed some of the caching issues.
We didn’t got dashboard not loading issue. We just got previous data shown at dashboard.
So we need to know what is your exact issue happening.
If possible share screenshots, Logs in console etc. for better understanding of your issue. That will help us to solve the issues permanantly.

We also aware of this issue. We are working on a fix.
Until now we didn’t get a proper solution for the issue.
We will get back to you when a fix is released.
You can disable object cache if any changes required in the plugin settings.
If settings are updated re enable the caching

Media sync is running based on the Media Library not by folders. If it is stored in media library it will be offloaded.
Currently, This feature is not available.
We are planning to implement this on our PRO version. Not immediately, but it is in our pro features implementation list.
If you are using any specific plugin for this ? If then please mention, may be we can add compatibility for that plugin.

We found the issue in our plugin. It was triggering 502 issues.
Issue was a PHP a compatibility issue with AWS and Google SDK’s, We have released a new version with fixes, Please have a testing from your end and let me know the updates.
