It seems to be compatibility issue.
Can you please enable the wp_debug. And try again the configuration. If again error happened please share the debug log from the log file.
It seems to be a critical issue. So log will be written in the log file. Please share the log to identify the issue.

Thank you for your quick response. I’ve enabled the wp_debug but no error in the debug_log. Apparently all connections to routes /wp-json/wpmcs/v1/* return error 500. Perhaps some files are missing in the plugin??
I’ve checked in another site and same error.

We have tried live plugin in our review servers, as well as the https://playground.wordpress.net/.
We couldn’t reproduce the issue.
So, we need an exact error that caused the issue. Only wp_debug is the option. Enable wp_debug, wp_debug_log and wp_debug_display and check for more detailed error tracing.
If still there is an issue, you can share a temporary credentials with admin access of your staging site to our mail. We will check from our end.

Unfotunately we didn’t receive any email from you. Can you send a manual email instead of password reset automation mail. Staging server may have mail sending issues

We found the issue in our plugin. It was triggering 502 issues.
Issue was a PHP a compatibility issue with AWS and Google SDK’s, We have released a new version with fixes, Please have a testing from your end and let me know the updates.
