Please check for the table wp_wpmcs_items if this table is required. If it is not exist try to reinstall the plugin it will automatically create the table.
If sync is not working it’s main reason is the CRON job on the site is not running. Install wp crontrol plugin and check the cron is running properly.
If it doesn’t work please share screenshot of the tables as well as the wp crontrol events screenshot

Recent days, my web hosting provider did several cPanel security patching. I hope, i can retry to reinstall Media Cloud Sync and sync it to Cloudflare R2 Object Storage tonight.

Just following up on this thread. Please let us know if the sync is working fine now after the cPanel updates, or if the wp_wpmcs_items table is still missing.
