The new release > 2.2 does not delete any settings,
You can revert to 1.3.7 and you will have all your redirections back,

If you wish to try and troubleshoot the migrated redirections you can go to contact->extensions->mark the debug checkbox and save

Then you will have a button to migrate the redirection settings manually,
The migration process takes the old settings and converts them into actions.

The default date field in Contact Form 7 is returning the date in a YYYY-MM-DD format, and currently we don’t have an option to alter the value of the fields before passing it into the url (It’s on our TODO list, stay tuned).

I can suggest you’ll put a regular text field, and apply jQuery Datepicker over it, and that way you will have full control over the return value, but you do need some programming skills for that.
