Please go to Contact->Extensions
On the button part check the “Debug” Checkbox and save the pageGo to the form and click the “debug” tab
copy the content of the debug info and send it to info@querysol.comAfter that you can uncheck the debug button.
We will check if we can recreate the problem and fix it
