@emcwebdesign This appears to have to do with a time change to DST. Your fix will fix, but might need to be undone after the time change.
This is an issue with WordPress. WP knows ‘what time it is now’ not ‘what time it is in the future when I post this’.
We actually are about to release a fix for this on OTCE and for Springs time change you won’t need to do this.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Problems with OpenTickets after Updates@kingbuzzo could we perhaps get a login to the site? If we can, if you can email that to info at opentickets.com with username opentickets we’d be happy to take alook.
If you cannot, we’d have to get on a screen share in order to help and that could take more time to schedule.
If you can provide a login please put in subject line ‘kingbuzzo from community forums’ so we can easily associate the login with this query.
Thanks. We’ll try and help you out.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Shipping showing up for ticket sales@emcwebdesign how did you set ‘local pickup’ as an option? Did you enable shipping?
Let us know how you set it up in terms of what options you have set, and we can perhaps make a suggestion. If you have shipping enabled, shipping will show on the checkout even if local pickup is the setting. You could perhaps use ‘Checkout Field Editor’ extension from WooCommerce to place a checkbox for ‘Local Pickup’ rather than use the shipping method.
Anyway, let us know how you have it setup and perhaps we can help.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Price Structures not saving@degers This is very likely due to outdated PHP on your hosting account. Check under ‘WooCommerce -> System Status’. Under PHP and MySQL, if those are not up to WooCommerce specs, this can result.
Get your host to update PHP and it will work.
@pguzmanc We looked at the calendar page. It is likely that your theme has a ‘sidebar’ on this page, but there is nothing in it.
You’ll need to set this page full width and then the Calendar will fill the page.
Regarding the Image for venue map, you can set what displays on the ticket in the Admin under OpenTickets -> Settings -> Front End -> Tickets.
Perhaps you have both boxes set to Events. Change one to Venues and the Venue Featured Image would be seen.
I’ll mark this ‘resolved’, but if those fixes don’t work please re-open this.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] How to change seating chart size@lydiay1112 there is a setting that you might only find in the videos.
In the Event Area, click the background image you use (not a seat overlay) and check the ‘Set Backdrop’ checkbox, then save the Event Area.
This tells the system ‘size the initial box to view the entire backdrop image by default’
This allows backdrops that are larger than site width to fit into the width box. It will size accordingly.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Customer information per product@goldmanas we do not have that feature built in. I’m not aware of a ticketing company that does. HOwever, that could be customized perhaps using something like ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
Your developer would need to to break the tickets into individual order line items, instead of stacking like tickets together. then they would need to have a special field for each individual ticket on cart/checkout that somehow saves the data to the order item (not the order). then they would need to edit the ticket template so that the order item data is loaded for each ticket, and then use that custom field they created in that order item data to display the name instead of the data associated with the order.
Most ticketing companies put the purchaser on the tickets for this reason.
If this is something you do not have a developer for, and require one, we can setup a call with business dev to give you an estimate for building it for you.
