In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Product and Tickets not tied to each otherIf you are getting this error, there is likely an event setting issue. For the individual event, check that in the event that you have saved a price, and that your ticket product is set to ‘ticket’.
If that doesn’t solve, can you provide a login using username ‘opentickets’ with email communitysupport @ opentickets.com and we’ll take a look. Please reference your wordpress.org username and this ticket title in the email so we know what it references.

The refund process does not automatically release the seats. Here’s why:
Let’s say you have 4 tickets in an order. For some customer service issue, like they need a refund to card but are paying by cash, or you refund 2 of 4 tickets.
In either case, we don’t release the seats automatically on refund.
However it is easy to do so.
1. Please the order in On Hold status and Save.
2. On the ticket line items, either use the checkboxes to ‘delete line items’ or use the now available [x] that shows to the right of the line items. This releases the seats immediately.
3. Place the order into whatever status you want (perhaps Refunded) and Save againThat should solve the issue. Let us know if any other issues.

it’s great when the community finds solutions like this.

I’m Mike and I’m just cleaning up older forum posts and this was resolved thanks to your inputs.
With the latest version which is 2.6.5 we’ve tested with all the above scenarios and we’re getting ticket links.
If you updated Permalinks under Settings -> Permalinks and still have this issue, can you please get on a screen share with me?
