If you can’t download a theme immediately upon payment I wouldn’t bother with that company. Ask for a refund through PayPal straight away and move on. There are lots of better commercial theme companies to buy a theme from.

In reply to: I cannot access my admin site? Throwing an error code…One option is to FTP into your site and remove that theme. WordPress will then revert back to using the default theme and you will be able to access your site again.
Not sure if there are any premium themes that have category pages with the behaviour you described as it’s quite a unique requirement. However you can make different looking category pages with custom category templates, see http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates
You must not have looked very hard. There are heaps of high quality free and premium WordPress themes. Sure you won’t find one exactly the same as the site you linked to. That is quite unreasonable. However there are many premium themes that with a bit of customisation can look similar.
