There are a lot of posts (1000’s) so maybe.not sure of mem limit errors as we don’t have access to the server logs.. will try to find out.
Ok then, so where is the per month option setting? I don’t see them anywhere.

In reply to: [XML Sitemap & Google News] help troubleshooting empty sitemap-news.xmlThinks we got it working by disabling any other sitemap generating plugins, deleting cached files and re-enabling the plugin again. (also saved permalink settings just to be sure) and both main and news sitemaps show up.
Will leave this open until can confirm with Google news and the site manager.

now I removed the border and it’s still showing after a number of ctrl+F5’s

It doesn’t work. I can’t even see the child style css file being loaded in the source code (view source or via firebug)
Yes, I did a hard refresh [ctrl+F5] and have no cache plugins activated.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] variations array errorIt seems that when adding new variations you need to run through the variations setup (setup tab) again on the add/edit product page.. Once I did that, they started working.
I’m no going through all the existing entries in the store to fix them and will then try to add new products and see what happens with variations again then.

I’ve updated to the latest version (both WPEC and WP) and am now getting this error when editing variations on the products entry admin page:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] failed to authenticateI went and moved the site to a new server and that seemed to allow stats to work again.. So something in the update did work well on that old server but is fine on this new one.
I noticed that the http connection test in the jetpack troubleshooter plugin thing didn’t work for a SSL connection so perhaps that was/is what was causing the failure. If so jetpack needs to fallback to std http connection.

It was working just fine until the last update so I don’t know what has happened or what changed to break it.

so I guess whitelisting is out for now…..I’m stumped now.. I can’t find any error or conflict and it still won’t authenticate (does connect to) with wp.com
need solutions.

After reading that email, I have to ask; have any of the IPs used by wp.com changed between Jetpack updates? It was working fine until a recent update. Perhaps the firewall is blocking access.
Can you provide a IP whitelist?
