Hi @softfully,
Would you kindly give us feedback about the issue that you’re facing? Did you try our latest released version yet? If not, kindly try that and let me know how it goes then.
Looking forward to your response. Thank you!Hi @more2think,
Thanks for sharing the update — glad to hear it wasn’t related to EmbedPress! If you’re still using our plugin, we’d love to hear how things are going for you so far. Your feedback helps us make the plugin even better. 🙂
Thank you!Hi @more2think,
Greetings! Are you trying our latest released version 4.4.1? If yes, kindly share the page URL where you have embedded the Youtube videos, so we can take a look for you.
Thank you!Hi @softfully,
Good day! We’ve just released a newer version of the plugin. I kindly suggest updating to the latest version and checking again. I hope the latest version will resolve the issue.
Kindly let us know how it works!Thank you!
Hi @softfully,
Due to major codebase changes in the recent EmbedPress update, Gutenberg editor may prompt “Attempt Block Recovery” when you edit a page containing EmbedPress blocks.
Please click the recovery button — it resolves the issue instantly. This is an editor-only notice and does not impact how your page appears on the front end.Demo: https://d.pr/v/Q5oDML
Thank you! 🙂
Hi @softfully,
Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing! To investigate this properly, could you please activate the latest version again and share the URL of the page where the YouTube videos are not showing? This will help us check it live from our end.
Additionally, please share your Site Health info (WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Site Health → Info tab → Copy site info) so we can look deeper into your setup.
As a quick suggestion, if you’re using any caching plugin, please try purging the cache once after activating the latest version and see if that resolves the issue.
Looking forward to your update so we can get this fixed for you. 🙌
Thank you!Hi @jai6358,
Thanks for the page URL. Well, I tested this case with the same third-party plugin and confirmed the issue occurs in both EA Advanced Tabs and Elementor’s default Tabs — meaning the plugin(Piotnet Addon) itself isn’t handling links inside tabs properly.
Video reference: https://d.pr/v/1vsHGJSince this involves a third-party plugin, I recommend contacting their(Piotnet Addon) support for a help now. And FYI, we do have Image/Logo Carousel widgets that works fine inside tabs. Since these are Pro elements, we can’t discuss our PRO widgets here as per WordPress.org guidelines, feel free to contact here directly for details.
Also, I’ve also logged this on our development branch, and if we find any kinda workaround from our side, I’ll be sure to share it with you. Thanks for your understanding!
Hi @jai6358,
Thanks for sharing the details! To better investigate this behavior, could you please share the URL of the page where you’re facing this issue? This will help us check it in real time and identify why the links only work after scrolling the carousel.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks!
Hi again @faysal61,
Good news! 🎉 We’ve fixed the issue you reported and released a new version 4.2.1. Kindly update to the latest version and give it a try. I’d love to hear how it works for you.
Thank you! ☺️
Hi @faysal61,
Greetings, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team is already aware of the issue and actively working on it. I believe it will be resolved soon, and I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have any news from the team.
We truly appreciate your patience!
Hi @nubiesan,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot again. From what I can see, the block in use isn’t from our plugin. As I mentioned in my previous message (screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/A4dCKe), this confirms it.
I’d recommend reaching out to the support team of the block you’re using, as they’ll be best placed to help you resolve this issue.
Thanks a lot for your understanding!
HI @nubiesan,
Thanks for reaching out. I just checked the page you shared but couldn’t find our Essential Blocks’ Post Grid in use. It looks like you’re using a third-party advanced post block instead (screenshot: https://d.pr/i/DbUYpN).
Could you kindly double-check and let me know if I’m missing something?
Thank you!
