actually it was checked by default but it did not work. The actual version is 4.4.13, the customer would not like to upgrade it currently, in order to keep it stable. There is no caching plugin.
Does flexslider also supports multiple slide shows?
Or which one could support?Kind regards, Anton

I have unchecked it, put there is still no slide show, although the automatic play is on; what else could be the reason?

In reply to: Published posts not shown after selecting a category .P.S.: now I found out: if I type the brackets for the language text manually in the text, I can activate qTranslate and it works… of course, this is only a workaround

I need qtranslate because I maintain a site in two (n future 3) languages and now I get the brackets like:
<!–de … de–> now in the “real” text.

In reply to: Published posts not shown after selecting a category .Thanks. I deactivated not all plugins but the most doubtful. The problem was in qTranslate. It showed me messages that it could not work stable in the newest release. During previous upgrades I ignored those messages and did not have problems. But now I dectivated it. And my problem is resolved. Of course, I hope an update of qTranslate comes soon.
