Thanks for the reply.
Ive solved the issue recently.
before this issue happen, ive made a restoration of the site about 4days back. however the order also going backward and when new order came. the order that has happen before happens again.
to resolve the issue is to change the order number to the last before i do the backup.
that’s all.

Ah, I see. I’m using WP-Form Plugin which,
when it sets to manual approval, the user register under “No Role” instead of “Pending Review”, and when Admins approve the user, “No Role” changed to the specific role that I set. And this doesn’t trigger any email notification except your plugin when I use “Profile Updated” trigger.
