    Hi @norakmalz,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the PayPal fee is charged on the checkout page and is working fine. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/rdlimo

    So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please share the steps which you have followed so that we can try to replicate the issue by following the same steps.

    These two image showing, one is charged and another one is not.

    I have again tried to replicate your issue, but I am still unable to replicate it. It is always showing PayPal fees whenever the new order is placed. Screenshots for the same:

    So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please share the temporary WordPress admin access of your site so that we can check the issue further. You can share the details by sending us an email on ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’.
