Let me clarify first – when a customer places an order and makes a payment, those purple messages show up automatically. Gray notes are general status updates – in your case, someone changed the order status from Processing to completed from the backend on 10/5.

If your order notes are not working properly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a further look? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Ive solved the issue recently.
before this issue happen, ive made a restoration of the site about 4days back. however the order also going backward and when new order came. the order that has happen before happens again.
to resolve the issue is to change the order number to the last before i do the backup.
that’s all.
