When you say country and state fields, do you mean the Country/State Name Fields or the Country/State Code Fields? Or is it both? It looks like the name fields won’t work right now, but the state/country code fields should still work.

Sorry for the delayed response. This could be because your credentials are incorrect or you don’t have any Lists created in Constant Contact.
If neither work, feel free to keep this thread going. Also check to make sure you are on the latest version of this plugin and Gravity Forms.

I can’t currently not able to replicate your issue with all the specifications you mentioned. Could you make sure you have all your login credentials entered correctly? Also, if you’re sure that everything is setup correctly, could you send a quick video of your issue? Also, one more thing, which browser are you seeing this problem? And finally, are you getting any errors from WordPress itself?

This problem could be linked to some of the plugins you are using. It could also be linked to your webhost. Some webhosts can’t really handle Multisite to the best capacity, causing it to be slower (most likely on shared hosting). Also, It’s best to leave the plugins on the main site, network activating them will only make the site slower :).

This is actually not a very difficult thing to do. To remove the comments section: Edit your page, click on screen options, check the box where it says “comments”, scroll down to where you’ll see a checkbox to hide comments.
To remove the blog, simply change the front page of your site: https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page
