In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] sale priceHi @rqdhw3n
I see that the sale price is appearing on your site, but has not updated in Facebook. Have you tried resetting the product meta on Facebook using the tools in the Sync and Show meta box?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Sp2AvBPlease also check that the Facebook Price is not set, as this will overwrite the sale price.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook Wont connect with WooCommerceWe try very hard to ensure every customer’s issue is resolved. To do this, we work individually with every customer, on a separate thread for each customer. While that’s not the approach taken by many plugin support teams, it is how we approach every request for help from every customer.
In light of the nature of the error, which indicates an authentication issue, and in light of how sensitive Facebook connections are, since they involve individual personal accounts, could I ask that both you and @fatfarmerhydro contact us directly regarding the error?
Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Cant connect Facebook with WoocommerceHi @bafree
Thank you for the system status report.
The system user should be created automatically when connecting your WooCommerce site to Facebook.
If you re not able to see a manage connection button, it means your site is not connected to Facebook. Could you explain where you are seeing the error “Heads up! It looks like there was a problem with reconnecting your site to Facebook.”?
Is it while following the connnection steps outlined here ?
Has your site previously been connected to Facebook, and is this a new error, or are you attempting to connect for the first time?

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Woocommerce and Google Listings and Ads ConflictHi @luqman22
Thank you for the SSR. This is certainly not typical behaviour for Google Listings & Ads. The nature of the error makes it difficult to troubleshoot this, since out-of-memory errors do not leave very useful tracks.
Probably the best next step on this is a conflict test, which would help identify if the plugin itself is causing the error, or if it is a combination of the plugin and something else on your website.
Conflict tests are often best done on staging sites. A staging site is a clone of your existing live site, where you can run tests without disrupting your live site traffic. Many hosting companies provide staging sites as an option, or you can use a plugin such as the free [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/) plugin.
Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our self service guide
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: Can you activate Google Listings & Ads
If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. For more detailed instructions, check out how to test for conflicts.
Once you have tried this testing, please let us know the outcome. Looking at your list of extensions, it’s possible that your security plugins, SSO or page caching/caching and performance tools are having an influence here.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Cant disable messenger in plugin settings anymore.Hi @bitgit
Thanks for the input – you’re quite correct, this is the process to follow to remove the messenger app.
As @bitgit points out, start from the messenger panel in your WordPress site at Marketing > Facebook > Messenger. Clicking through on the link will take you to Facebook where the Messenger app can be deleted.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Hide the “Welcome text” on mobileHi @heggyy
Unfortunately, how Facebook Messenger itself behaves is controlled by Facebook itself. The Messenger widget appears in your site in an iframe delivered by Facebook. Beyond the controls you will find for this on Facebook, you can only apply styling to the widget via CSS.
The widget uses classes such as
._94ve.The class
._94vfcan be used to target the box. Some CSS target to mobile may allow you to reduce or hide this away.Since this is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
Hi @daigo75
Congratulations on managing to figure it out at 3am – turning coffee into code is more than just a meme.
It is true that developments in WooCommerce Blocks will be coming fast and furious this year, and the work to make the API more performant and scalable, along with the custom tables planned for orders and order data is going to create some work for developers this year. We’re working hard on areas of WooCommerce which developers tell us need work, and we hope the return will be worth it for all of us involved in open source.
The blocks Roadmap blog last year still has some relevant links in it. As of 7.1, the Store API is versioned as we ready it for inclusion in WooCommerce core.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Not all orders come troughI’m sorry you find the conflict test technique frustrating. It is common practice in the step-by-step process of troubleshooting WordPress issues. Often it takes a number of stepps before we can identify the cause of a problem.
I’ve run through your site and extracted a detailed Google analytics tag analysis, which seems to indicate that all events are tracking correctly. Your global site tag, G-3GT***etc is reporting as an invalid or missing account ID. However, I am obviously not in a position to either make a purchase, or track the data on the analytics dashboard side of the equation.
If this is a question of a single order on March 1 not displaying in your analytics, it may be because of the browser privacy settings used by that customer. A customer can reject tracking and use tools to prevent it.
If this is happening on a more regular basis, could you clarify what percentage of orders do not display in your Google Analytics? Can you match add to cart events with these missing orders?
