In reply to: [Comment Rating Field Plugin] Show given stars anywhere else on the siteHey Wim,
If you’re using WordPress’ default comment functions for outputting comment ratings, the star ratings should appear.
If I’ve misunderstood the problem, let me know and hopefully we can get it fixed.
Thanks,
Tim.

Hey,
Right now, there isn’t support for publishing videos to Buffer – you’d have to do this manually at http://buffer.com or through one of their mobile apps.
Thanks,
Tim.
Hi,
I believe this refers to the Pro version (as you mention a license code), and we dealt with this privately by email.
If not, do let me know and we’ll get this sorted for you 🙂
Thanks,
Tim.

In reply to: [Social Media Auto Poster - Schedule & Publish to Buffer] Post by emailWe haven’t made any changes to the plugin in a long time, so it could be a WordPress update.
Drop us an email to support@wpcube.co.uk, if you’re OK with sharing some login details privately of your setup, so we can take a look and hopefully get this fixed for you 🙂
Thanks,
Tim.
Hi,
0. If you feel the issue is still not resolved, you’ll need to resubmit that to us by email and tell us.
1. As I said, 1.0.5 resolves, not 1.0.3
2. As I said, 1.0.5 resolves, not 1.0.3
3. As I said, 1.0.5 resolves, not 1.0.3
5. This was fixed 25th Feb, 1.0.9. See changelog at http://enviragallery.com/docs/protection-addonAs I said, should you require further support, feel free to use the support form at the link above, detailing each point that you are still having an issue with. A team member will then be able to go through each issue and resolve to completion.
Reviews and comments here are specifically for the free version, Envira Lite.
Regards.
I’m sorry that you felt the need to leave such a negative review on our free plugin, when the issues you’ve raised relate to the Premium version.
In answer to your issues:
0. Albums Addon works. “Crash” is generic, and we’ve repeatedly, politely asked for more details so we can resolve this for you. I’m still waiting for these.
1. Fixed in Lightroom Addon 1.0.5, Envira Lightroom Plugin 1.0.1
2. Fixed in Lightroom Addon 1.0.5, Envira Lightroom Plugin 1.0.1
3. Fixed in Lightroom Addon 1.0.4 (released before you posted that it doesn’t work)
4. Agreed.
5. It works, if you have an issue, you’re welcome to raise it via the appropriate support channel, and we’ll be happy to look at it.
6. Issue tickets can have files attached to them. See https://enviragallery.com/account/support/, and screenshot:

Hi Phil,
Standard debugging applies – deactivation of other plugins, reversion to default theme, test and then reintroduce plugins / theme one by one until the conflict / fault occurs.
From there, we can advise to a solution.
Thanks,
Tim.
Hi,
You’re welcome to update this thread when you have a reply from the theme author. There will be a way to resolve this, either at their end or ours – although on first inspection, the code error you raise isn’t coming from Envira.
Thanks,
Tim.
Hi,
You’d need to reload the enviratope script on completion of each AJAX load – I believe Ajax Load More will have an option in the WordPress Admin to specify some callback JS. For example:
envira_container_1234.isotope('reLayout');1234 would be the gallery ID. If each gallery is embedded into the Post, it would be the Post ID.
Thanks,
Tim.
Hi,
Sadly the above advice is wrong – sorry you’ve been advised that you can’t fix this.
In the gallery, click the blue info icon for each image. You’ll then be able to edit the Image Title field – in this case, you can remove the text from this field, and click Save Metadata.
This will then remove the ‘caption’ (which we call Image Title).
Hope that helps.
Tim.
Hi,
If you are referring to the free version of the plugin, the above advice is incorrect.
Please follow https://wordpress.org/support/topic/read-this-before-you-post-12?replies=1 and feel free to update this thread with the necessary details.
We can then advise to a solution.
Thanks.
