Feel free to provide a live URL demonstrating the issue.
Cheers.
Support forums are for Envira Lite – feel free to raise an email via enviragallery.com for the Pro version, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
No need for an Admin account – just edit the Gallery > Misc tab > Export, and send us the export file, so we can replicate the fault and resolve.
Please clear cache (browser, server, any WordPress caching plugins) to resolve.
Thank you.
The user is using Envira Lite.
The listed documentation is no longer supported, and was only intended for developers.
If you’d like to define preset defaults for any Galleries that you create, I’d suggest the paid version of Envira.
If not, you’re welcome to adjust the settings for your Envira Lite Galleries, where you can tweak thumbnail sizes etc. as you require through the WordPress Admin UI.
Thanks.
Thanks for letting us know. We’ll address this in the next release.
If you’re referring to the Post’s Featured Image, that’s correct and by design.
Sorry for the delay.
It’s possible with the Pro version – you’d use {custom_field_meta}, replacing ‘meta’ with your Post Meta field (this can be ACF, Types etc)
If this is when you’re scheduling posts, please let us know.
We can then confirm the issue and release a fix.
Thanks.
Hi Gary,
Your numerous messages are noted. If we are able to reproduce the issue and find your solution resolves, without introducing regressions, we’ll be sure to add this into a future release.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Admin Columns] Problem Envira GalleryWhen using with Envira Gallery an extra Author column is added last on the Gallery admin page but it can’t be removed since Admin Columns doesn’t have the Author in the list?
Having tested with:
– WordPress 4.4.1
– Envira Gallery 1.4.1.6
– Envira Albums 1.2.4.6
– Envira Standalone 1.1.0 (required for the Author field to be available on Galleries and Albums)– no Author column is, at any time, ever registered for display on the WP_List_Table when viewing the list of Galleries and Albums.
Because of this, I wouldn’t expect the Admin Columns plugin to offer an option to show or hide this column, given that it isn’t available in the first place.
Hi Xavvi,
It is possible to achieve this, but will need a few steps:
1. Duplicate the Page using the Post Duplicator plugin or similar,
2. In the database, change thepost_typeon your duplicated Page in thewp_poststable = envira
3. Check that the duplicated Page now appears as a Gallery in the Envira section of the WordPress Administration.
4. On your original Page, delete your gallery images + embed the new gallery using a shortcode.Let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Tim.
Gallery displays when viewed:
http://imgur.com/WfpaWzVZooming in and out works as expected when tested.
The slider will not exceed your maximum dimensions: 1366*576, and this is by design.
When zooming in, the slider increases in size in the same way as the rest of your page.
When zooming out, the slider decreases in size in the same way as the rest of your page.Sorry about that – it’s fixed in today’s 2.4.0.8 release.
Thanks for letting us know.
