This was a bug in 3.0.4 that was fixed already. If it doesn’t work in the current version, I’m releasing my development version soon, so test that. If the problem persists in the development version, I’ll look into it.
You can download any version you want from here.
I don’t experience these issues. Try the development version on the link above and let me know if that one works for you. If not, I’ll look into fixing any issues in that version.

Be careful that you’re not experiencing issues due to browser caching. Always open a new tab or close your browser when testing the site out after making a change.
What permalink structure are you using?

What page were you on when you got the debug log? Are you sure you need to enable the Proxy feature? Did you try Auto before that?

If you’re using their Shared SSL certificate using HTTPS on your domain will not work. You need to enter the shared SSL host information into the SSL Host field in the WordPress HTTPS Settings.
