    Hello guys,

it seems that I found the problem… I totally forgot that I enabled compresion (had no clue it could be this) on my site a few days ago… I disabled it and site seems fine again!

whooami: My server should be fast enough, I have 2GB of memory!

Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it!

yep, because I rebooted my server again…

I don’t think it’s because of plugins I use at all. I see all my trade partners using them too.

Maybe it’s just that when more people browse the site, MySql gets overloaded.

This was when it happened last time:

now, it’s down again πŸ™ and page navigation was disabled.

can’t that be because of the number of posts?

I did reboot my server now and MySql was clean again… however, after a while another MySql query appeared and didn’t kill itself… just the same as above… so it seems that some queries don’t kill themselves and stay there and once there are too many (maybe they reach a limit), there is no more space for new queries and server slows down…

    anyone?

When I look at the report (SHOW PROCESS LIST) it seems that the blog sends too many MySql queries to the server and it causes the slowdown…

what does NSFW mean? ok, I will try to disable that! At the moment, the server is also extremely slow, so we should find out if that helps soon!

    Disabling it right now…
