    Hi, thanks a lot for your message and for using MoreConvert Wishlist.

    At the moment, it seems that our plugin is not fully compatible with Divi 5. From what we’ve seen, Divi 5 has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, and it’s not just a simple update of Divi 4.

    Because of this major rewrite, many third-party plugins (including ours) may not work correctly unless they are specifically adapted to the new architecture.

    So no, you’re definitely not the only one experiencing this. Compatibility issues with Divi 5 are quite common right now, especially with plugins that haven’t yet been updated for it.

    For now, we can say that Convert Wishlist is not officially compatible with Divi 5 yet. We will do our best to explore integration options and see if we can support it in the next version, but since Divi 5’s structure has changed significantly, we still need to evaluate how feasible that is.

    In the meantime, if the plugin is critical for your workflow, we recommend staying on Divi 4 until better compatibility is achieved.

    Some of the features mentioned as “missing” in your review are in fact fully implemented and available in MoreConvert. This includes:

    • A dedicated waitlist / back-in-stock system
    • Backend management of subscribed users
    • Automated and manual email notifications (including back-in-stock emails, not limited to discounts)

    MoreConvert is also actively tested and integrated with a wide range of popular WooCommerce themes. While layout differences can occur depending on the theme, our plugin does not override WooCommerce core behavior and is designed to work without custom code in standard setups.

    We completely respect negative feedback when something genuinely doesn’t meet expectations. However, it’s also important for us to clarify inaccuracies so other users have a clear and fair understanding of what the plugin actually offers.

    Lastly, we do offer a refund policy for users who feel the product isn’t a good fit. We always encourage reaching out to our support team so issues can be reviewed and resolved within that period.

    At the moment, your website appears to be under maintenance, so we are unable to check the issue directly.

    Our plugin is fully compatible with WPML, and there is no known issue regarding language redirection when adding products to favorites. The behavior you’re experiencing is unusual and likely related to the site configuration rather than the plugin itself.

    If you can provide us with temporary access to your site once it’s available , we’ll be happy to investigate and determine exactly where the redirection is happening. For example, we can check whether:

    • The redirect occurs right after adding the product to the wishlist, or only when clicking the product from the wishlist.
    • It happens from a specific element such as a counter, widget, or custom URL.
    • The favorites feature is added using Elementor widgets or shortcodes.

    Another important point to check is whether each product has a published translated version in the secondary language. If a product is not properly translated and published, WPML may automatically redirect users to the primary language version.

    By default, our plugin disables the tooltip display on mobile devices, so what you’re seeing is likely caused by one of these:

    • The tooltip styles being overridden by your theme or another plugin
    • Cached CSS/JS not refreshing and still loading an old version

    In any case, if you’d like to completely hide the tooltip on mobile, you can add this simple CSS:

    @media (max-width: 768px) { #wlfmc-tooltip { display: none !important; } }

    Hi, Below is a subtle, no-nonsense recipe for recording wishlist clicks in Google Analytics 4 and, if you prefer, an easier way to have it all done for you.

    1. Listen for the click

    Drop a tiny JavaScript listener into your theme (or a lightweight helper plugin). When someone taps the heart, capture the product’s ID/SKU:

    2. Watch it flow into GA4

    Head to Reports → Engagement → Events and look for add_to_wishlist.
    Need it by product? Spin up an Exploration using event_label (or a custom parameter such as product_id) as the dimension.

    3. Prefer a hands-free option?

    The core plugin keeps the wishlist itself lean. If you ever want:

    • Automatic JavaScript injection that tags every wishlist action
    • Product- and user-level dimensions pushed straight to GA4
