In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mega Menu Causing 503 Service Unavailable ErrorsHi Holger,
The site is loading quickly for me at the moment. I see you have MMM Pro installed, please get in touch through https://www.megamenu.com/support/ – I have some suggestions you could make to optimise things (although I don’t think they will fix the underlying issue – for that I would need to see the logs).

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mega Menu Causing 503 Service Unavailable ErrorsHi bahnsportinfo,
Please can you check your latest server error logs and paste back the last few entries? You may need to ask your host for them.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Integration with Newspaper ThemeHi Kelsey,
I see, so it’s not processing shortcodes at all in that block. Is there a dedicated shortcode block you can use instead? Or a text one maybe? You may need to ask TagDiv support directly – the issue appears tp be that the header builder doesn’t support shortcodes, rather than there being a direct incompatibility with MMM specifically.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Integration with Newspaper ThemeI have just read the header builder docs (https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/) – my guess is you need to add a custom html/text block to the header and paste in the menu shortcode (found here: https://www.megamenu.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/location_shortcode_mmm.png )

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Integration with Newspaper ThemeHi,
Please remove the auth details from the staging site so I can take a look to see how it’s working at the moment.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Can’t see the “X” close button on off-canvas mobile menuHi dret42,
I think you may be experiencing a bug that is affecting a few users, due to the way transients are handled in some hosting environments. I have a fix lined up for the next update which I hope to release early next week. Once that’s released, please install the update then go to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cache.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] How add a left menu with articles?Hi Artiklar,
Do you mean the “Artiklar” menu? If so, our plugin is not controlling that menu. If you wanted to use MMM for that menu, you’d need to utilise the Accordion menu option in Pro:

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mega Menu displaying as a listHi kizzab,
i can see the menu is missing the outer wrapper/div, so the styling can’t be applied. I see its a custom theme – is it 100% custom or based on an existing theme?

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mega Menu displaying as a listHi,
Please post a link to your site so I can take a look.
Usually it is due to a caching plugin, or not using the Max Mega Menu shortcode, block or widget to display the menu, but I would need to look at your site to tell you for certain.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile menu toggle missing accessible name?Hi glisky,
It is because there is no ‘open’ or ‘closed’ text specified for your toggle block. You could either add that back in, or remove the Standard Toggle Block and replace it with an Animated Toggle Block – the animated toggle block has an option to set the aria-label attribute.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Megamenu in mobile devicesHi,
It is because, in CSS Hero, you have set the #main-nav to 1200px width.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Max Mega Menu not vissible in menuHi Kevin,
The setting you’ve edited only adjusts the sub menu width, not the menu itself. The menu itself will in most cases expand to fill the container it is placed within, so check you haven’t placed it within a constrained column, or something like that. For further guidance, I’d need to inspect your site html and CSS using browser developer tools.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile breakpoint don’t respect unitsHi Jay,
Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll take a look to see if I can find a reliable way to convert the screen with to rem in JS, and if so add that option into a future version.
