Please see below- copy of email I have just sent you, thanks.I have deleted plugin, done a fresh download from the original link, installed new plugin. All the settings from before are still there! And still cant access any other payment gateway and no landing page. PLUS now the site (which is live) is screwed up as homepage banner has disappeared and gallery has disappeared. Nightmare. Where did you edit to sort out that problem before?
I am tearing my hair out here. PLEASE DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO. It didn’t seem to delete any products either when i deleted the plugin, but if you need to wipe it all i just don’t care I will redo everything JUST MAKE IT WORK please

Having sent logins directly to n.showket I have heard nothing regarding the issue. I assume you are closed at weekends? I really want to use your plugin as it has all the features we need but I cant keep waiting – I am now testing another plugin and will be requesting a refund from your selves unless I can get a response in the next 24 hours.
If n.showket is no longer dealing with the issue please give me the contact details of another member of the help team so I can send them the logins.

I have just bought the upgrade to bizcart and installed th plugin to my clients site and it has made the header and galleries all disappear!!
Obviously a conflict between the plugin and theme (I am using Limon purchased through Theme Forest)
The Limon help forum have directed me back to you guys, please use the below logins and see what I mean – as soon as it is disabled the banner and galleries (from Services) all come back. Help!

If you add to cart you will see the cart page and the checkout page have 2 headers. It must be that my theme is pulling up a header and your plugin code is too hence I need to delete one, which php form should i be looking at?

I have an issue with duplicate header text (ie I have ‘Cart’ and ‘Shopping cart’ on the cart page and ‘checkout’ and ‘checkout’ on the checkout page. Try as I might I cant find the php to remove one of them…
