Thanks so much for getting back to us! I was able to replicate a similar behavior on my side of things and it looks like this occurs on our recent 1.7.x releases of Create.
I’ll go ahead and let our engineers know about this so they can get this corrected in a future release but in the meantime we discovered that if you click the “search” box then click outside of the drop-down it should close immediately. An extra step for sure but that should hopefully work until we get things taken care of on our end.

Thanks so much for posting on the forums! As far as Instagram and Whatsapp goes, we do offer these options within the pro version of the plugin.
With regards to Instagram, while we do offer that in our pro version, it’s contained within our “follow” widget but not available as something users can share content from your site onto. The main reason for this is that it’s simply not something supported by Instagram.

Thanks for reaching out about this one! For Create, we don’t currently offer a way to retroactively add Alt Tags to the images in roundup lists.
The alt text for images within the Create List is automatically set to blank on our side of things. We do this, because according to WCAG, images in Create lists are considered “decorative”. Images that aren’t important to the content itself shouldn’t need to be described to readers in order to be ADA compliant.

With that being said, we have had a few users ask about getting the ability to add in their own alt text for images if they choose to do so. Our engineers and development team have been looking into potentially adding this functionality into a future release but at this time I don’t have an ETA on if/when this might become a thing.

Thanks for your patience on this one. I was able to replicate a similar issue on my end with the latest Create 1.7.x versions. It looks like our engineers should be able to get a fix out for this in our next Create hotfix release that we’re hoping to have released sometime this week.
Once that’s done I’ll be sure to update the thread here to see if you still experience any issues after updating.

Thanks so much for reaching out about this and sorry for the delay. I just gave this a test on my side in both Recipe and How-To cards and clicking away from the drop-down makes it disappear immediately on my side of things on a test site.
Would you be able to give things a try in an incognito window to see if it makes any difference here?
If it still occurs could you let me know what browser you’re using and I can give that a shot on my side?

So sorry for the delay on this one, not sure how I missed it. With the latest version we are aware of an issue where it only pins the first image in the post in the latest version.
We don’t yet have a way of fixing that without rolling the plugin back (you can give that a shot if you’d like) but we do have a planned fix for our next release to address that particular issue.

Sorry for the delay on this one (I was out for a couple of days), but it looks like we’re still waiting for a response from Facebook on this one. Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA on this as it’s something we need to work directly with Facebook on. Hopefully they’ll be able to get back to us soon and once they do we’ll reach out and let you know.
As far as using the Facebook Graph API goes, I gave it a test on my end and it looks like it’s working with the App ID and App Secret I’m using on my side. If that isn’t working, I would double check that the App ID and App Secret you’re using is correct.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay! You should be able to change most styles to your liking with Create using custom CSS added into the Additional CSS section in WordPress.
For example, you could use the below to adjust the line-height and font-size of H1 headers in Create cards (this should target ALL Create cards and not just recipe cards, lists, etc):
.mv-create-card h1 {
font-size: 18px !important;
line-height: 1.2 !important;
}If you wanted to also adjust H2 and H3 tags, you could modify the CSS a bit above to do so.

Thanks so much for getting back to us! We’re currently aware of an issue with reauthorizing for Facebook (as well as issues pulling Facebook shares). Our engineers are working with Facebook to get things resolved and once they do we’ll be sure to post here to let everyone know.

Thanks for getting back to us and so sorry for the delay. So far we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue with the Free version of Malcare so I went ahead and ran the error by our plugin engineers.
What they’re thinking is it could potentially be a bad install with that plugin or ours. Would you be able to try removing and re-adding Grow Social as well as Malcare (if at all possible).

Thanks so much for reaching out to us about this. I’ve installed this plugin on a test site and it doesn’t look like I’m able to replicate the same issue. Just to confirm, if you disable Malcare do the PHP errors stop occurring?
Also, is this with the Premium version of that plugin or the free version?

Thanks so much for getting back to us with those examples! I do see that those posts should have some share counts pulled into the plugin. One thing I did notice is that it looks like Grow Social is being optimized by Autoptimize.
I haven’t quite seen something like this happen with optimization plugins, but it may be worth trying to exclude Grow Social from being optimized to see if that happens to help things along.
Would you be able to follow the steps in this guide here and then let us know once that’s done?
