Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention! I was able to replicate a similar experience on my end. I went ahead and forwarded this over to our plugin engineers to have them look at correcting this in a future release of Grow Social.

Thanks so much for reaching out! It looks like there are some styles coming from your theme that may be impacting the height of that Pinterest button. To resolve this you should be able to take the CSS below and place it into the Additional CSS section in WordPress:
.dpsp-content-wrapper button.dpsp-pinterest { min-height: unset !important; }Feel free to give that a try and let us know if it works!

Thanks so much for reaching out and I appreciate you sharing that information! You should totally be able to fix something like this with some CSS. I’ll go ahead and post the code below:
.dpsp-content-wrapper.dpsp-show-total-share-count.dpsp-show-total-share-count-after .dpsp-total-share-wrapper { right: 8px !important; }You’ll just want to take that code above and try adding it to the Additional CSS section in WordPress by going to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS. Some themes may also have a custom CSS section if that option isn’t available.

Thanks so much for reaching out! Would you be able to confirm if you’re registered for Create by going to Create -> Settings -> then clicking the Registration tab?
If not, you’ll need to register Create before you can calculate nutrition information. If it is showing as registered, can you try clicking the “Log Out” button and registering with the same information again to see if that does the trick?

Thanks so much for getting back to us and sorry about the delay here as we were out of the office for a bit due to the holidays.
As far as sending in an email, I wasn’t able to find a specific email that you had sent in but our email support is a more direct contact to our plugin development team and engineers. Emailing us typically helps us gather data a bit faster than on the support forums which we can then forward along to our engineers.
That being said, we were able to recreate some issues on the latest version with Recommended Products disappearing and our engineers do have a planned fix for this in our next patched release (1.7.5).
I don’t have an exact ETA, but our goal currently is to have that out sometime early next week.

Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with our plugin. When I visit the URLs linked, it appears I’m getting an HTTP Error 500.
It’s hard to say what may be causing that issue as this isn’t something we’ve ran into previously, but your next best bet would be to reach out to your host to see if they can remove the plugin from your site to see if that gets things back up and running.
Additionally, your host may be able to provide logs of the errors in question that could help us narrow down potentially what might have gone wrong or if Grow Social was part of the issue. If you could, please post a copy of those errors into this thread and we can take a peek.

Thanks so much for reaching out! If you want to adjust the font size for just the instructions/directions on a Create card you could utilize the following below:
.mv-create-instructions p, .mv-create-instructions li, .mv-create-instructions em, .mv-create-instructions span { font-size: 20px !important; }If you wanted to adjust the font sizes across every Create card section and not just the directions/instructions you could use the following code below and that should work:
.mv-create-card p, .mv-create-card li, .mv-create-card em, .mv-create-card span { font-size: 20px !important; }Just simply copy and paste one of those two above into the Additional CSS section in WordPress by going to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS. If by chance you don’t have that section available, then likely you paste in custom CSS elsewhere depending on the theme.
Additionally, the font-size above is just a placeholder size. You can always swap that our with your preferred font-size instead. 🙂

So sorry for the delay here (and for any confusion). I checked with our engineers and it looks like we should still totally be compatible with WP 5.2.
Just as a heads up in a future release it looks like we’re going to start requiring WP 5.6 for most of the functionality with the plugin due to Gutenberg. I don’t have an ETA on when that would happen but it could be something to keep an eye on for in future updates.

Additionally, are you on the base or Pro version of the plugin?

Thanks so much for reaching out to us about this! I took a quick look at your site this morning and it looks like you’re on the Pro version of the plugin.
Over the last couple of weeks there was an issue between Grow Social Pro and Facebook where our engineers needed to reach out to Facebook to resolve the issue. It looks like this morning that issue was resolved so share counts should be pulling in again.
Feel free to give things another look and if you’re still experiencing any share count issues could you reach out to us at grow@mediavine.com?

Thanks so much for reaching back out! Our engineers are still working on this particular issue and plan to have a fix out in one of our future releases. It looks like we were hoping for a quicker turn around for this one but ended up having to push it back so it didn’t make it into one of our recent “hotfix” releases.

Just reaching back out to let you know that it looks like Facebook has corrected things on their end and you should be able to reauthorize using the Grow by Mediavine app once more.
