In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Customizing to match themeThere’s another plugin messing with our CSS. This is why you can’t remove the border. We can have a look at it if you can provide an admin sign in.
If you are adept at CSS or have a designer then you can edit fonts and spacing. We won’t have this as an editing option for some time. I actually don’t know of any other plugin that enables you to edit spacing?
We’ve added the ability to edit colors which is the first step and will add more editing tools as we go.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Doesn't work, pop up emptySorry to hear this. All you needed to do is click the Meal Planner Pro icon to launch the recipe placeholder then enter your recipe info. Then click the “Update” button to finish saving it.
You’ll find our plugin to be far better than any of the other ones for many reasons. Including it’s fully compliant with Google’s Recipe View requirements.

I’m not sure where you’re seeing this. Are you trying to create a recipe? Maybe you haven’t yet converted your previous recipes to our plugin format?
Please provide more details.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Nutrition Facts & RatingsHi Sharon,
Thanks for installing our personalized recipe plugin.
We’re working on calculating recipe nutrition by servings. This is done on our main site but needs to be carried over to the plugin. We’ll have this completed later this week. You can disable nutrition for the time being then update your post once ready. This will recalculate the nutrition with servings.
With regards to ratings, we’ve removed this feature. Google is starting to manually penalize food bloggers for ratings included within recipe plugins. They don’t meet Google’s recipe review and ratings guidelines. Our plugin is fully compliant with Google’s Recipe View requirements.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Plugin wont show upHello,
Thank-you for installing our personalized recipe plugin. There could be a few reasons for the issue you mention.
One is that the plugin may of become deactivated so the recipe card would not display in your post. If so, simply activate the plugin.
Another is that you need to first update/save the recipe info you’ve entered in the MPP placeholder then update the post as well. If you’ve missed either of these steps then the recipe info will not be saved.
Please let me know if either of these suggestions work for you.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Can`t activate the pluginHi Norman.
We think the issue you’re having has to do with an outdated version of PHP on your server. Can you find out what version your server uses? If it is less than 5.3.0, this could be the cause. 98% of servers use PHP 5.3.0 and above.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Formatting issue with symbolsHello,
Thanks for installing our personalized recipe plugin. I think I know what may be causing the issue.
It sounds like you were using the EasyRecipe plugin before. They have an option in their settings to select “Automagically convert fractions
e.g. Convert 1/2 to ½” You’ll need to deselect this option.> convert your recipes back to EasyRecipe
> activate their plugin again if it’s deactivated
> open their plugin settings and deselect “Automagically convert fractions
e.g. Convert 1/2 to ½”
> go back to our plugin settings and convert your recipes to our format again
> deactivate the EasyRecipe pluginThis should fix most if not all of the fraction symbols issues.
Thanks,
