In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Membership websiteWe’re working on compatibility with all recipe plugins. This is being developed from most popular plugin down. Right now we support conversion from Easy Recipe, Easy Recipe Plus, ZipList, and Yummly.
We’ll look at it closer to see how it’s formatted and could be easier to work with than thought. If so, we’ll push this plugin up in priority. Then let you know timeline.
It would be great if all plugins were supported but each one requires custom dev, implementation and testing.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] More option sectionHi Dennis,
Thanks for the question. Nutrition will be calculated for new recipes posts. We are waiting for ESHA to support batch calculations of all recipes which they’re working on. I can’t give you an exact timeline but you’ll know when this is enabled when all of your recipes include nutrition info. It will be automated
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] mobile viewHi Arrisje,
Thanks for your feedback. All of our recipe card designs use responsive design. This means it automatically adjusts the recipe card info and buttons to whatever size screen it’s being displayed on. The Prep, cook time, total time are underneath each other instead of next to each other because the screen is too narrow to display them side by side. Same with the buttons save recipe and print recipe etc.
You can see how this works by viewing your recipes from desktop, tablet, and mobile. All designs are responsive to whatever screen size is being viewed.
I hope this clarifies this for you.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] ratings, minutesHello,
Thank-you for installing and using our plugin. I’m not sure how you customized the recipe card design like you did but it looks great. Very impressive!
We currently do not support ratings but is on our to do list.
We have left out minutes/min/m in our times as this is redundant. People know if something is in minutes but we do specify hours. i.e. – 1 hr 20. You’re the second person to mention this in the last day so we’ll rethink this. (space and responsive design were both considerations)
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] ADS from "Powered by Esha Research" how to removeHi Sicfres,
What version of the plugin are you using? If it’s 5.4 then you’ll have an option in the plugin settings to disable nutrition from showing. The new 5.5 does not display nutrition at all.
Our nutrition by ESHA will be available soon. They’ve been a world leader in nutrition for 30 years and will provide your readers with the most accurate nutrition information. We will, however, provide you with the option to display this or not.
The nutritional analysis is not spam in any way. We are just providing attribution to ESHA. There is not charge for this service. It’s just more info for your readers.
Thank-you for using our plugin. We really appreciate it!

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Mobile Capability? This is found in your mobile setting in WordPress admin. Are you using a mobile theme plugin? If so, it should have this in their settings as well.
I’m talking to the dev team about this today and we’ll provide instructions. We want to understand all the different mobile applications that need to be considered.
Thanks for your patience.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Mobile Capability?Hello,
Thank-you for installing our plugin.
The mobile display issue is super simple to fix: the plugin isn’t active on mobile as new plugins aren’t automatically set live on mobile (this is for security and speed of the site). Your developer or yourself must set it live and everything will work great.
Please let us know if you’re able to do this.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Featured ImageHi Terry,
We’ll help you sort this out. You don’t want to use your media files for image URLs. Instead, open your recipe post editor then right click the image you want to use then select copy image address from the menu. Then paste this URL into your placeholder.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] after update no longer workingI just sent you an email. It might be better to discuss everything that way. Please check to see that you received it.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] after update no longer workingHmm…did you add image urls to the ZipList placeholder when creating your recipes? If so, does our plugin placeholder show an image url or is this box empty?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] after update no longer workingWith regards to images, you may of been using the free version of easyrecipe which doesn’t include image urls. (it just picks an image with no url) In these recipes, you’d need to copy and paste the image url you want to use into the recipe card form.
We’re working on enabling images in instructions. By Monday we’ll release a new version with this feature.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] after update no longer workingHello stephanickety,
Recipes will not show if it’s not activated. Can you check to see if the plugin is activated.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Convert Easy Recipes Not ConvertingWe replicated a few of your recipes using Easy Recipe Plus, the system recognized the new posts, and successfully converted to our format.
Please remove our plugin and keep your current plugin activated. Install our plugin from the link I provided earlier. Download and install our plugin leaving the other still activated then activate ours as well.
The system should recognize and convert your recipes. If not, this is a site specific thing that we’d need to look closer at.
We want to make this a good experience for you. The issue will not be difficult to fix.
Thanks for your patience.
