In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] widget moved to the bottomeFYI – version 6.5 is now available. This corrects the border issue from v. 6.4. All is good to update now if you wish. There’s quite a few enhancements from v. 6.3 that you have installed now.
Always working to make things better.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] widget moved to the bottomeThanks arrisje. We’re missing one line of CSS code for “div” whichis easy to add. Version 6.5 will have this corrected.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Customizing to match themeThe editing features are close to being done. Less than a week.
You can add links to your recipe ingredients etc. by using this code”
eg. – 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup [sugar|https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar]
To bold text you can do this:
Eg – to bold the word sugar…
1/2 cup *sugar*
If you want to create a subheading in ingredients or instructions just put an exclamation point in front of the words.
Eg.!For The Topping:

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Recipe titleHi lemonsforlulu,
To edit/change the title of your recipes simply open the recipe placeholder and enter a different title. Then update/save the change. i.e. – change the title from “Almond Joy” to “Almond Coconut Chocolate Donuts” then save the change.
(the placeholder is the thing you open to create your Meal Planner Pro recipe card in the Edit Post page)

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] UPPERCASEHi Pamela
Thanks for the question and for using our personalized recipe plugin.
The recipe card designs all use uppercase for recipe titles. The majority of food blogs use uppercase vs lowercase for this so is why we’ve chosen to do the same. Very soon we’ll add in font and color editing tools which will enable you to change to lower case etc.
There are several professionally designed recipe cards to choose from. I hope that you can find one to your liking until we release the edit font feature.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Customizing to match themeI’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had similar things happen. If you’re creating a complicated recipe it would be good to save/update the work part way through. This way most of what you’ve done is saved if something happens. Most recipes don’t take long to create and is not an issue if WP shuts down.
Your site colors are very unique. We won’t have anything to match it but will enable color editing in a new release in about two weeks. If you could find a design that will work until then that would be great.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Customizing to match themeHello,
Thanks for switching over to our personalized plugin. I see that you’re using the “Compact” stylesheet design. Have you tried any of the other recipe card designs? There are several to choose from.
We’ll be adding in the ability to edit fonts, colors etc. over the next two weeks. In the meantime, I hope you can find a different design that better suits your site.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] adding picturesP.S. – here’s a great instruction page that explains all of the features and how to use them. We’ll create our own version of this and include it with our FAQ pages very soon.
I think you’ll find this very helpful in the meantime. Our plugin supports all of the same features and functionality.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] adding picturesHi Sicfres,
If you’d like to add images in the instructions section of your recipe card you can do so by putting a percentage symbol in front of the image URL you want to use.
i.e. – %http://yourfoodblog.com/image.001
