Hello,
Anytime the shortcode displays means the plugin has become deactivated for some reason. Please make sure the plugin is activated.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] PHP WarningHello. Thanks for making us aware of this. It has been corrected.
Not to get technical but your host server may be using an old version of PHP. You can contact them to ask that they update their PHP. This will prevent issues like this with us or other plugins in the future.
I also noticed that you haven’t added your logo to your personalized pages. You did, however, claim ownership of the pages some time ago. To add you logo your can save one of your recipe then after signing in you’ll see an “Admin” link at the top right. Click this to go to your admin page where you can upload your logo. We’re here if you have any problems.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Recipe fallbackHi Jerry,
We’ll look at doing this. The important thing to understand is that your recipe info is stored on your server and not with us. This means that other plugins can find, display and format the info should anything happen with our plugin. We create a shortcode for each recipe that directs other plugins to the stored info.
Thanks,
Commodore

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] TOGGLE LINK BUILDER NOT WORKINGHello,
Hmm…that is odd. I’ve forwarded this to the dev team to look into. As we’ve not seen this issue before it could take some time to figure out. Thanks in advance for your patience.

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] Meal Planner Pro Nutrition InfoHi Robin,
When converting from EasyRecipe we make sure to include and display any existing nutrition info in the notes section of the recipe card. We also offer our own nutrition info from ESHA Research. Our nutrition is a work in progress and are fine tuning our analysis. Please deselect the nutrition option in our plugin settings until we’re able to complete this. Once ready it’ll provide the most accurate online recipe nutrition info and will calculate this automatically. You’ll never need to manually enter your nutrition info again.
Thanks for your patience and for using our personalized recipe plugin.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Meal Planner Pro Recipes] getting all data in a postHi Jacob,
All of your recipe data is stored on your server. We don’t store or save this on our server. I’ll find out where this is saved so that you can access it.
Thanks,
