I’m don’t fully understand what you need in this case, so if you don’t mind can you provide some more details?
Are you adding events to your site from another location via API? Is the social information included in this event details from the source?

The time format for events uses the same time format that is set globally for your entire WordPress site. From the main dashboard, head over to Settings > General. There is a section towards the bottom of the screen called “Time Format” that gives you a variety of options to choose from.
