No-charge?Kaf, there has been a huge discussion on this and the legailty of it all, and the bottom line is themes must be licensed GPL Compatable, because they directly call methods defined by the parenting software without being given their own space or an API, for more info, read the GPL.

In reply to: Do Not Steal LayoutsI say that if someone alters something that you are using without permission, then there’s nothing illegal about it. It’d be like my neighbors suing me for changing my cable setup which they’re tapped into, thereby breaking the stolen cable.

Also, Nothing was changed about the API, there was a security issue which involved non-escaped content being allowed through.

In reply to: API endpointIf you’re sure its there and you’re still getting errors, be sure you are running the latest version of WordPress, as xmlrpc has undergone a great deal of change due to a security vunerability.
