I had the same issue and none can help me for a week.(WordPress or Woocommerce)So, I had to get a Freelancer, The first one it can not fix it “shipping cost not showing”, but the second one was excelent. In one hour fix it. Hassan did an excellent and cheap job. I recommend you.
