The plugin is giving an option to the site owners to render their scripts ( that are collecting informations – not only Google Analytics ) as per the user consent. So it’s entirely upto the site owner to render the scripts accordingly.

We are updating the po/mo translation with new language updates. WPML compatibility missing section is not updated yet.

We did not changed the version for a minor updates done with last push, hence you are not getting the notice to update to the new version. That’s why, there is a minor code difference between your plugin and the one in WordPress SVN repo.

We will be updating the plugin with a translation update in couple of days.

If you want to get rid of the notice, you can delete the existing plugin and download a new copy of the plugin from here.
