Sorry, forget all above.
I revised and tested for many hours and I need to rectify the conditions.
It seems like it is working only when logged in.If logged out, First I clear browser cache deleting all history navigation and it does not work in any language. Only if I clear internal cache (I use Breeze plugin by cloudways) it starts working.
I excluded by being cached by Breeze and Varnish 2 possibile js scripts:
1) https://www.officinadeiricordi.it/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/assets/js/frontend.min.js
2) https://www.officinadeiricordi.it/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js
but no results.The error given is related to a php file which is not supposed to be cached
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
https://www.officinadeiricordi.it/wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpI also excluded:
https://www.officinadeiricordi.it/wp-admin/No results!
Please help!

The fact that the second product with add-on worked perfectly adding quantity, made me think that could be a standard feature.

only the “Subtotale” text is added by the theme using a simple before pseudo element in css.
The element giving the price comes from woocommerce (woocommerce-Price-amount)
