The request a quote functionality always worked successfully for many years, I cannot say when the button stopped displaying , the theme Enfold should not be the culprit, I can normally see the add to cart button when enabled.
The shortcode you just posted above works but it would force me to replace manually the add to cart widget from the Avia builder in 170 products, a very long procedure.
This an example link of a product. The button should be displayed in between the “category” text row and HISTORICAL NOTES heading.

Stranamente facendo ispeziona non vedevo la classe css, l’ho dovuta cercare nel foglio stile, trovando così la mia riscrittura.
Si vede che l’avevo nascosta per qualche ragione che ora non riesco a ricordare ma sono certa che prima il campo ci fosse. È possibile che in fase di implementazione del plugin, abbiate fatto un nesting differente gli elementi html, così che i campi all’interno di billing_invoice_type_field sono scomparsi senza che me accorgessi?

The !important; made the trick!
I haven’t tried before because, I trusted the values that were set.
I put anyway a higher value, because some other elements in pages ended up overlapping the header.
But still the cart is the highest.

So I deleted all in that column and now I see tax calculation.
I spent hours….I want to throw myself out of the window…
