    Hello, do I need to have my own marketing email provider (as example Mailchimp) to send future notification to registered users (as example for future webinars)? Thank you again!

    Hi Marcie, thanks for your message!

    WebinarPress will send out notification emails relating to the webinar such as 24 hours before the webinar, 1 hour before 5 minutes before and when the replay is ready.

    If you want to add your attendees to a mailing list to keep them up to date with your future webinars you can either download the attendee list and send the email yourself using your usual email provider or you can connect a mailing list provider such as MailChimp and use that to send updates.

    To connect to a mailing list provider you’ll need to be using WebinarPress Pro but I’d recommend doing that as it makes the process much more automated.
